According to your page I can subscribe using my debit card but in the payments portion will only let me use a credit card, is there anyway I can use my debit card?
Hey @Lchase90. You should be able to use your debit card for purchase of your Ring Protect Plan. You can use a Visa, Mastercard, and American Express card if you’d like. We do not accept prepaid or gift cards for Ring Protect Plan purchases. If you’re having any issues using this card, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here.
