I got a new phone and my device won’t let me connect because it says it’s linked to a existing owner.
Hi @Shawnee! If the device and Ring account are yours, you should be able to sign in to the Ring app on your new mobile device. Please ensure you are using the email that is used for your original Ring account containing the Doorbell. If the device was previously owned by someone else, or the above steps did not work, please follow the steps in our Change of Ownership process. I hope this helps!
