I switched from Nest doorbell to Ring for two reasons. There is a terrible delay with from when someone rings the bell till I get notified on the phone. The other reason is for the increased resolution of the camera. I am happy with Ring on both accounts.
The feature I am requesting is the ability to zoom on videos when viewing from ring.com. With the great resolution I sometimes want to zoom in the video to see things closer up.
