One security light stays on very faintly

Hello, one of my spotlights on my cam stays on very faintly all day and night. Is this a setting or is my device faulty?

When it comes to our Camera with lights, both lights should operate at the same brightness. If you have a Spotlight Camera Wired, there is a brightness adjustment option under light settings in the Ring app.

If you feel that your Camera is not operating properly, try resetting it by holding the Camera’s setup button for 20 seconds. You can also power cycle the Camera by powering it down for a moment, then powering it back on. Once this step is complete, please reconnect your Ring device by following the steps in this Help Center article.
