On Ring app shortcuts not loading keeps saying taking longer then expected
Hi there, @Ffkad1. Please ensure there is not a vpn enabled on the mobile device, as well as try out mobile data versus wifi connection on that mobile device. Feel free to let us know how this goes!
I have also began to experience this issue. I’ve tried using the app on and off Wifi and it didn’t change the outcome and I am not using any type of VPN. I found out that if I sign out my account and then relaunch the app and sign back in the shortcuts immediately load. However the next time I open the Ring app the issue returns.
Update: I have noticed that by unlinking and linking my Amazon account the shortcut tiles load immediately and continue to load after I close and relaunch the app. However I am not expecting any Amazon deliveries so the Key Delivery tile shows nothing new. If and when I do expect a delivery I hope the problem does not return.
