Offline but still working

My floodlight camera is showing as off line in the app (it’s been working flawlessly for the past 6 months). However, it will still notify me when motion is detected and when the doorbell is rung. Video still records and can be played back. However, because the app is showing it’s offline, I can’t see a live view or change setting.

Hi @user2835. Since the Floodlight Cam is still operating properly despite showing as offline, I’d recommend just running it through a new setup in the Ring App to get it showing as online again. Follow the steps under Set Up a Device and then test the Floodlight Cam out. Let me know how that works. :slight_smile:
