my ring doorbell 2 was working fine for a few days maybe a week then all of a sudden I’ve stopped receiving all notifications, motions and calls nothing is coming through to my phone.
I’ve tried re setting it up
Uninstalling the app and re installing
Checked all notifications are switched on, on my phone at the app but still nothing

Hi @Gavin. Removing and reinstalling the app was a great step to take! The next best step will be to browse through settings in your Ring app. Specifically, check motion snooze, motion scheduling, or even alert settings. These options can be found by visiting your specific Doorbell device in the Ring app and selecting Device Settings from that page.

I recommend also checking Modes, if you use this feature, and People Only Mode, which is designed to only alert for human activity. Let me know if this works for you! :slight_smile:
