Notifications not working and not recording motion or rings

My video battery operated doorbell has suddenly stopped providing me with phone notifications for motion detected and rings. When I go into the app as well to check it says theres a motion detection alarm but when i click to view it it has no recording. I have reset the system/modem/redownloaded the app and nothing has fixed it. Any suggestions would be great please!

Hi @JazyBabe. What type of phone is this happening on? If you are using an Android device, you may need to clear the cache on your phone in order to receive notifications. Also, be sure that your Ring Protect Plan subscription is active to view any recorded videos.
