Hello.
I recently changed from the original (first gen doorbell) to the ring doorbell 3 plus. I am finding that Notifications are not coming through - or is extremely sporadic.
The first gen never missed a notification (motion alert).
This 3rd Gen seems far less reliable.
Is this a known problem … or is there something I should try?
The location of the doorbell and my setup within the app is exactly the same.
Hi @Nav . Last week we were experiencing issues with our Processing Infrastructure which resulted in delays in our Ring devices. This has since been resolved and everything should be back to normal.
