I recently bought a Ring video doorbell with a plug in adapter. I have followed advice online about setting up to receive notifications, but I still don’t receive these.
Hi @user26087lh. If you are not receiving notifications from your Ring device on your phone, try the following steps:
Verify that your Ring app notification settings are set up correctly.
Verify that your notification permissions on your phone for the Ring app are set correctly.
Disable any active VPNs on your phone.
Verify your Doorbells signal strength, also known as RSSI, is at a good level.
