My doorbell is not notifying me of any actions, ring or motions.

Hi @ab42530cd084c3c2e19af90ad542f5. What is the RSSI for this device? Are you able to Live View from the doorbell? Try rebooting your internet router and then triggering a motion event. I would also open the Ring app and toggle off Motion Alerts, then toggle them back on. Let me know if this helps!
