Not working!

For months I have had a problem with the ring doorbell, being that the moment I’m not in WIFI, any motion or ring of the doorbell, I cannot open it on the app. Not once in 2 years have I ever answered the doorbell, as by the time it loads, the person is long gone? I’ve done everything possible, dumped the app over and over and re downloaded, rest the doorbell, and checked the firmware. I’m to the point I can’t see the point of having it anymore and about to throw it in the bin, just taking suggestions for last attempt at getting it working!

The doorbell is connected to WIFI, my phone isn’t always connected as I’m not always at home!

Hi @Cooper92. What is the RSSI for your Doorbell? This can be found in the Device Health section of the Ring app. What phone are you using and which version of the Ring app is installed? Do you have this same issue when doing Live View on Ring.com? Have you tried clearing the cache for the Ring app on your phone? Let me know what you find.
