Ring does not disclose/show on their website when a product is not available. I placed an order, paid and the item didn’t ship. I called, they told me the Spotlight Cam Plus (Solar) is not available and it will ship in 4 weeks.
Ring has an obligation to disclose these issue before people pay for items.
Hi @user28453. When we are out of stock of a product and have an expected shipment of the devices, we will post an expected ship date on the product page. I have checked our Ring.com page for the Spotlight Cam Plus Solar, and it does state “Ships 4-5 Weeks.”
