Yesterday doorbell wouldn’t send notification of movement or ringing the bell. I took it off & charged it & worked for a little while. There was a white spinning light but it’s usually blue. It worked for a few hours but not working again. I can see the live view though.
Hi @Daniellem82. A white spinning light on your Doorbell indicates that it is in Setup Mode. If you’re seeing this, you may need to reconnect the Doorbell to wifi. Follow the steps in this Help Center article here and let us know if you have any other questions.
