Not connecting to internet

After pressing orange button, I go to phone to settings/wifi, and select the Ring address. It shows check mark by it but I don’t get the message ‘connected to Internet’ like your video shows. It doesn’t give me any other options.

Hi @Osutrikers. Without knowing what type of phone you are using, I can give some general tips and tricks. First, make sure your location is turned on, bluetooth is turned off, wifi assist/smart network switch is turned off and if you are using a VPN, make sure it is disabled. Next, try to be as close to your internet router as possible for initial setup. Lastly, press and hold the orange button for 20 seconds, then release. Doing this will reset the Doorbell to ensure that you are ready for a new setup. I hope this helps!
