Not able to connect to a new WIFI network

Hi I just got a new WIFI network and need to change my Ring Security Cam to it. There are no options for me to do this in my app - Under Network in Device Health all I see is Signal Strength and Network name, no way to change the network. Very frustrating trying to get any help from Ring about this. Can anyone in this forum help?

Hey @CarolC1. It sounds like you’re the shared user! Only the owner of the device will see the options to change the network it is connected to, so you will need to contact the owner of the device and ask them to reconnect it to a new network, or you will need to log into the owner’s account.
