No video on smartthings App or TV.

I linked up my new Ring doorbell pro with my Samsung TV using the Smartthings App for Halloween. The video was a bit delayed, but I was getting alerts and could click and see the kids coming to the front door. About a week later the video just stayed frozen on an old screen shot, now video doesn’t show at all on the Smartthings App or the TV. The Ring App works fine on my phone and Mac. I’ve deleted and re-added several times to no avail. It seems like the link is broken between Ring and Samsung. Any help would be appreciated.
