No Video clips or Live View in App

Both my app and my husbands app haven’t been showing recorded video clips for weeks now. The Live View also won’t load and will only say on the screen “Activating Device”. We can however see still shots. When I get notified that there is motion on my camera and go to the app to look, it just has the little orange bar that says “processing” but it never actalluy shows me the video. I tried deleting the app, reinstalling and that did not work. I tried disabling “snap shots” and that didn’t work either. Please help!

Hey @sommer1132. Could you try resetting the device by pressing and holding the setup button for 20 seconds and then reconnecting it? For the reconnection, go into the Ring app > Main Menu > Devices > Ring device in question > Device Health and tap on Change or Reconnect to Wifi. This will walk you through another setup like the first time, and let me know if the device is working after this! :slight_smile:
