We have been having difficulties accessing our Ring Pro doorbell. When attempting access to our ‘Events’ notices, a screen comes up stating our subscription has lapsed. Problem is we have not had or been a party to a subscription or Protect Plan. Our ‘Events’ are recorded on a cell phone that allows convenient viewing when possible. This lapsing screen has only occured 3 days ago. What are my options at this point?
You get a 30 day trial with each device. After the trial you can either not get a plan, get a basic or plus plan.
I’ve had my Ring Pro doorbell for several years without this problem arising. Why now?
Either you had a package with service or just lucky. My guess is the service was a part of a package deal.
