My Ring Pro has been acting up the last couple of months. This week, it’s gone offline and getting it back online has been confusing. The instructions on the app say to “push the small button on the side of the doorbell”, but I don’t have one of those. Anyone else have this problem? I tried searching the topic but I guess I’m not using the right combination of letters.
It’s under the outer cover, I think.
You have to remove the outer cover.
