No power to doorbell 2

I recently moved into a new home that had a Doorbell 2 already installed. Unfortunately I’m unable to get it to power on. I’ve fully recharged the battery and still no power when I put the battery in.

I’ve held the program button down for 30+ seconds to try to get it to reboot but still no success.

Any troubleshooting recommendations? I should try?
