No notifications coming through on MS Edge from Ring.com

Getting error message:-
You have enabled web push notifications; however, there is an issue preventing us from sending your alerts. Please refresh the page.

My notifications are allowed in Edge but nothing comes through. Same issue on Chrome as well.

Please ensure there is not a VPN enabled on the device you are using for the Ring app. The Ring web app is indeed compatible with Google Chrome, Safari (Apple), Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, and Opera.
