Getting error message:-

My notifications are allowed in Edge but nothing comes through. Same issue on Chrome as well.
Please ensure there is not a VPN enabled on the device you are using for the Ring app. The Ring web app is indeed compatible with Google Chrome, Safari (Apple), Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, and Opera. This includes notifications, and should be working as intended. Feel free to check out our Help Center article about the Ring Web app for more info.
