No live video

I have the Ring and the live video gives me an error msg
We’re having trouble connecting to your ring doorbell.
Everything else is fine. It records the events fine but I can’t view live.

I have been experiencing this issue myself for quite some time. Most of the ring responsing is to check the wifi strength and internet speeds which still does not answer the question. My wifi and internet speeds are fine but I am still having the same issue.

I had my ring video fo two years now and the no live view just started. It still record videos and motion dectection still works. Checked YouTube. Nothing. Might have to call customer service.

Is your moble device on the same wifi network as the camera? If so, I fixed my same issue by creating a new wifi ssid only for my ring devices and this fixed it for me. Thanks.

Thanks for the reply. I would only need to change the ring that’s having the problem and keep the other ring on the same SSID.
