when someone i in front of my ring doorbell 2 i get the notification on my iPhone but i use to be able to push the notification at get a screenshot or view from the doorbell but that seems not to work any more.! when i push the notification now it just opens the ring app and go to live view.! but that takes about a wars time…! why is it not working any more.? it is the same on my iPad and wife’s iPhone.
