While at work, with my iPhone XR signed on to our filtered wifi, I can open the Ring app, but cannot get a Live view of my cameras at home. Does anyone know what filter settings might need to be changed so they are accessible. The filter does not block ring.com, only accessing live cameras in the app itself. Works fine when I switch to data and not wifi. THANKS!
Same issue at my office. No videos allowed. So, we all use a VPN. No more issues. You can try most for free with a trial to see if they work. I use Nord VPN myself. But there are many out there.
