No invoice receipt for subscription, and now no e-mail support

I have Ring doorbell for my business and need a receipt. Every year I need to e-mail Ring for a receipt because somehow the common practice of having an invoice is too hard to implement. Every year I tell Ring support to implement this. Not only is it not implemented still, but apparently Ring does not have e-mail support anymore. Their chat isn’t on. I need to call?
