No emails for low battery

I haven’t received any email to say my battery has died. I normally get this. What’s the problem? Thanks for your help…

Hi @Doglovet. To ensure that the emails you should be getting are being properly sent, please make sure you do not have Ring emails marked as spam in your email account. This will prevent these emails from going through.
