No connection

My doorbell and camera were both working fine until today. My camera is saying I have no Internet connection which I do, doorbell can’t connect and also my chime is saying offline. I am in the UK any ideas

Hi there, @Lorni! As you mention both devices being offline and a Chime, this may be network related. If you have a Chime Pro, this may have been connecting the Camera and Doorbell when it fell offline. Try reconnecting each device, starting with the Chime.

To ensure this is not related to the mobile device, try removing and reinstalling the Ring app, as well as ensure no vpn is enabled. I hope this helps! :slight_smile:
