No connection to phone

My fully charged doorbell rings outside, but no longer rings on my phone or on the chime in the downstairs hall

Hi @krisdeni. If you look in the Ring App, does it still show that your Doorbell is connected to the Chime? It might be a good idea to double-check and relink the Doorbell with the Chime or Chime pro if it’s not ringing on there. You can find the steps on how to do that in our Help Center Article here. As for your phone, are you receiving the notifications on your phone but there is just no audio? Or are you not receiving any notifications at all?
