I have the ring 3 plus. Can anyone help please, I’ve tried everything? I’ve deleted app and reinstalled it. Checked wifi but still I can’t hear outside. Microphone is enabled. I’ve done all checks.
Hey @Michelle33. When you playback the event from your event history, can you hear the video then? Do you have any bluetooth devices connected to your phone, and what kind of phone do you have?
I’m having the same problem with a Ring 3 Pro. My wife and I can speak to people via the iPhone app and they can hear us, but we cannot hear them on either of our phones.
I have the same problem with the same device, ive found that if i connect to live feed I get sound for approximately 10 seconds then nothing.
Hey neighbors! If you’re finding that the two-way audio is not functioning properly on your Doorbell, I’d suggest performing a reset and a new setup of your device. To reset your Ring, you’ll need to hold down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. Once that’s done, you’ll need to take the Doorbell through a new setup in the Ring App by following the steps under Set Up a Device.

Hi I’ve had the same problem I found taking the battery out for a min or so seems to cure it
Is it still working? I tried that as well as deleted the device, reset as if it is a new device and it worked at first few time then it quit again.
