No audio coming through

I have installed a pro 2 doorbell, all is working except the audio from a visitor, if I answer the door, I can not hear them, they can hear me, I can hear myself! The playback is also the same, even if I turn of silent mode on my phone. How can I fix this?

@Bensd If you have a look round the forum you will see some threads with similar issues. First thing to check is that audio isn’t disabled in your privacy settings. If this looks ok try cutting the power to the Pro 2 and try it again. Others have has success by resetting and setting the device back up. Its not clear yet what is causing it. It could be a firmware issue.
