No alerts or live view

Hi neighbours…
I’ve updated the app, I’ve factory reset my device, tested wifi, all seems well… but no alerts or live view. Stopped working on the 30 September… installed rapid ring, I get alerts but nothing else. No recording or no live view.
I’ve gone through absolutely everything… This is very frustrating.

Hi @Kelleigh. It sounds like you’ve covered all of your bases with troubleshooting. One last thing I can suggest, try doing these steps with your Ring Devices right next to your internet router. This will eliminate the possibility of their being any type of interference. If you’ve already tried this with no luck, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here.
