New Wireless network

Just switched to a new wireless network and hooked up all Ring devices to it. The alert sounds have gone back to the obnoxious defaults and even though I have changed them in the app it’s not taking effect. Any ideas?

Hi there, @Clarkdjc! Great observation, as it sounds like the new setup may have resulted in some settings be defaulted. Luckily, these are quick and easy to change in your Ring app. While logged in please open the Menu > select Devices > select Ring device to alter > tap the Device Settings tile on the Ring device page > select Notification Settings from the list > then choose App Alert Tones. There you should be able to control tone type and volume.

I recommend also going through the Ring app and confirming the settings for each Ring device is optimized. I hope his helps! :slight_smile:
