We have a new router set up with new wifi password and, upon trying to set up ChimePro and Stick up cam, both are unable to compete setup because the devices are “still registered to original owner”. I’m the original owner. How can I resolve this? Thanks.
Hi there, @Tofte! You’ll want to follow the Change of Ownership process. This will have you attempt a setup, and if you are in contact with the previous owner, they can easily remove the device from their Ring app or allow change of ownership to the Ring device.
