New subscription

I just signed up last night for a new Protect Plan specifically to be able to view some of the recordings from the last few days. According to your website, you should be able to access old recordings after purchasing a plan (see attached screen shot). However, I get a message that an error occurred and to try again later. (Screen shot also attached) How long before I’m able to access those recordings ?

You can’t view recordings made prior to purchasing the protect plan as they are not stored
