New Router, can't connect to Ring 2 doorbell

I have a new router with new network settings and I’m following the guidance in the Ring App. I have placed my doorbell right next to my router on my desk but it still can’t see my guest network.
It can see my main network but won’t connect to that either.

I have no filters on my network or anything that would block it so why won’t it connect?

Please help.
