New Ring door bell, it says Power status is Poor

I recently got a ring door bell, so far not that happy with the connectivity. In Device Health, it says Power Status as Poor and i am hard wired, for some reason it says Solar charger Status as connected. i dont know why the power status as poor when it is hard wired.

Device is not charging I guess since there is a ton of people complaining about the issue that apparently started 6 months ago after a firmware update.

Click on the “Poor” text and you will see the battery level percentage, its low. You can charge the battery with usb cable and then power status is good… but starts to decline all the same since doorbell is not charging.

We would need some support and new firmware but nothing seems to happen. Its just crazy.
