I have a doorbell which works fine. Brand new cam saying battery critically low on app. Ive charged it, reset it and its the same. I even forked out for a brand new battery. Help! Its going in the bin soon
Do you wait 24 hours after you re-insert the battery into the camera to check it’s level in the Ring App?
Just FYI, the app only checks periodically for battery level so waiting a day is the easiest way to make sure the app gets updated.
