I reinstalled the ring app on my phone and cannot connect it to an existing alarm system that was connected to the old app
Hey @Glenterri. You shouldn’t have to re-set up your old alarm system again on the Ring app if it was already once set up. You will log into the account that has the alarm and you should be able to see everything from there. If you cannot see the system, ensure you are logged into the proper account and that the owner has shared access to you still.
