New phone, no Ring

Got a new iPhone and after all my apps reinstalled, Ring, which had been working fine, asked for my password. I didn’t have one so had to set up, but then the Ring devices weren’t visible. I tried to add them, but received a message saying they’re registered to somebody else already. That somebody is me, of course. What to do?

Hey @Yogifluter! At Ring we value both your security and your privacy. A New app on a new device will require authentication using your email address and password for your Ring account.

If you created a new Ring account, there is a Device Ownership process that can be followed to securely setup your Ring devices.
