We have new phone logged in to the app and won’t show our devices also when we scan them it says they are owned already we are the original owners
Hi @Mdavis1122. You will need to ensure you are logging into the correct account to see the devices pop up, as you may be logged into the different email address. If you’re unable to get the device pulled up after ensuring you are logged into the right account, you will need to contact our support team to get this escalated.
