Just moved to new house. Prior owner left their outdoor ring camera.
Can I add that camera into my own account?
Hey @Slagma5. As long as the previous owners have removed the device from their account, you should be able to set it up and use it! Feel free to download the Ring app and try to set up the device. If you get a message that the device is registered to the previous owner, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here.
