New doorbell not activated

Hey. I had a hardwired 720p Ring 1 video doorbell on my front door and a battery powered 1080p Ring 1 video doorbell on my back door. I disconnected the front door and installed the one from the back door in it’s place. Then I bought a new battery powered 1080p Ring 1 video doorbell for the back. I couldn’t get that new one activated and rolled over to my ring account. I have already paid for my yearly subscription for that one (it renewed in January). How do I transfer that over so I don’t have to repay? Thanks!
