New Doorbell (2nd gen) stopped working within hours of initial set up

I just set up my new ring doorbell second generation and let it charge overnight. When I woke up in the morning they had completely stopped functioning. Is there anything that can be done to reboot it or do I need to return it?

Siri I have tried different charging cables, holding down the orange button for 20 seconds to reboot nothing works…
