New camera won’t let me see history

I added a third camera today. I can watch video history on the other cameras. This one gives me this bs error “ Your Ring Protect trial has expired.” please advise.

Hi there, @Rvandeho! Ring devices that are purchased as new (excluding from 3rd party retailers, resellers, etc.) should come with a free trial plan which will initiate upon the first setup. Please ensure this device was not owned prior or setup in the past. You can also checkout your protect plan status by logging in at Ring.com via web browser. Please also check your video recordings from the website, as a test to see if your recordings will play there, for your new Camera.

If your recordings do not play, and you continue to receive this error, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here.
