It’s almost impossible to get a video to go into full screen mode to pan or zoom on iOS 15.3 on my iPhone 12. It’s the app: so much easier to get to full screen when I give up on the app and share a link to myself. App needs error correction.

If you have another mobile device, try testing how zoom or full screen functionality works on another device. Try also double tapping the screen to cause the viewing window to stretch/ fit to your screen.
