I have tried triggering it from the Android App, and from the Browser App, but when I activate it, it does not come on. Any ideas?
Hi @resipsaloquitur. Try resetting the Spotlight Cam and then reconnecting it to wifi to see if that will correct the Siren issue. To do this, press and hold the Setup Button on the top of the Spotlight Cam for 20 seconds, then release. Once the camera has reset, reconnect it to wifi following these steps in this Help Center article.
