My ring doorbell won’t connect to my internet and it wont set up on my ring app.
I havent put it outside yet. It isnt even showing on my ring app. Everything im doing with my doorbell is on the same table my modem and router are on.
I have done a full reset of the doorbell twice and my router and modem once. Still nothing registers to my phone app or set up on the doorbell. In the middle of setup the spinning white light quits.
Hi @Lisa1221. What type of phone are you using and what version of the Ring app is installed? You may have to adjust the settings on your phone. Look for a setting called WiFi assist or Smart Network Switch and turn that off for setup, bluetooth as well. If that doesn’t work, try setting up the device from a tablet or another phone.
