My new Ring doorbell is stuck in a loop with the lights in the front showing unit updatiing

My new doorbell in stuck in a loop. It flashes white like it is updating for about 20 seconds then it flashes blue for about ten seconds then blank for about five seconds then starts all over again. I tried deleting the device and reading. Same thing. I tried reconnecting and the same thing happens. Help. Any advice?
