My Doorbell keeps updating and activating no live preview

Hi,

I just try to setup my Ring Doorbell and I am having troubles as it keeps updating every time I am trying to add it to my app and it takes longer than 10 min when it is finally added it says Activating Device and I have got spinning circle. Unfortunately, I can not see any preview…

Please help I was so excited to get the device but I have so many problems with the setup.

Hey @ejdzej. For the times you are unable to load the Live View, this may be due to settings on your router that you may need to change. You can learn more about how to make these changes here. You can also learn more about why your Live view may be taking awhile to load in our Community post here.
